In this mini Strictmoor, Miss Berndaette returns as Mrs. Ganley and both Apricot Pitts and Ava Nicole return as Penny and Susan. Penny and Susan have been misbehaving at home and at their schools and something has to be done. A letter is sent to Miss Wellbourne at Strictmoor Academy from their mothers' that outlines their misdeeds. She feels that they need another course at the academy, but it is off season, so it is suggested that they go to the home of Mrs. Ganley in Canada and have a week of private discipline at her home. It is decided that this is what will be done and so the day arrives that these two naughty young ladies arrive at the home of Academy principal; Mrs. Ganley. In the final scene, the two naughty ladies are each caned and then taken back over the knee for a hard hairbrush spanking on their sore caned bottoms. They are each given 12 strokes of the cane!
