Benefit investigator Miss Matthews has to deal with a guy who has been dishonestly claiming benefits saying that he has health issues and that his doctor has said he needs lots of rest. Miss Matthews knows this is nonsense and has the evidence to prove it so informs him that he has two choices, either face prosecution for fraud or she can deal with it by means of corporal punishment. He reluctantly chooses the later and is soon over Miss Matthews knee for a humiliating bare bottom spanking.
