this is Sweet Girl's weekly maintenance & disciplinary review session from the night of March 3, 2026. I had warned Sweet Girl that she'd be getting ginger root up her bottom the next time that she didn't complete her most important daily tasks of eating one fruit serving, one vegetable serving, and four glasses of water, and that's exactly what happened here. this was a particularly severe session that really had Sweet Girl crying and begging for mercy. it included a vigorous hand and hair brush spanking before I took her rectal temperature and then inserted the ginger into her bottom and gave her some more blistering swats with the bath brush and the hairbrush. after giving her a bit of loving aftercare, I made her complete some corner time to reflect upon how she'd better obey my instructions for her going forward.
