The only reasons your clip order would be declined is if your credit card company declines you or you entered your credit card information incorrectly.
When your credit card company originally processes the transaction, they often put a temporary hold on the funds to cover the order. These funds will be unheld within 3-5 banking days. If your order was declined or you never received a download link and you were billed, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that your order is billed twice, contact customer service at email@example.com with your order number, name and email address. In the event that you order the same movie twice, we cannot refund your order. Please ensure that you want to purchase items before completing your order.
Due to our products being downloads and not returnable, we uphold a no refund policy.
a) You are responsible for selecting videos that are not too large to download for your current internet connection speeds.
b) You are responsible for downloading the correct video player and testing one of our free videos in the same format as you are purchasing to ensure that you can play the video.
c) You are responsible for ensuring your order is correct before submitting payment.

Files may be reactived within 7 days of purchase. To have a file reactivated, email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number and the file name.
Every file is downloaded and viewed before it is made available for sale. Most errors such as the sound plays but no video or vice versa are caused by using the wrong player or a player that is missing codecs. Other errors may occur from the download stopping and restarting or other communication errors while downloading. In the event you have trouble viewing your file, make sure that you are using the correct video player and that you have downloaded the latest version. We will ask you to download the file again and then to reinstall the correct video player. If you still have trouble viewing the file, email email@example.com. Be sure to include the file name, the error you are receiving and if the file stops playing in the middle, the time that the movie stops. We will do everything we can to help you view the video, however, we offer sample videos in each format for you to ensure playability before making a purchase as we cannot offer refunds.
Multiple versions of google chrome have been found to have issues with downloading files both in speed and limiting downloadable file sizes. In addition, some users have found that turning off "Options->Under the Hood->Use DNS Pre-Fetching in their Google Chrome web browser improved page load performance" has helped in download speed. In the event that you have an alternative browser (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Opera, you may find that you have better success downloading files in one of these browsers.
It is possible to download our videos on your IOS / Andriod tablet or phone but most of the time it requires a separate App to download the clips and possibly another App to play the video. You need to go under your "App Store" to see if it is possible. For more information do a Google search about playing the video format you purchased on your device. Do not purchase clips if you are not sure if they will work or play on our device. You might have to download the clips on a PC or MAC first and then transfer the clips to your device.
